1: How do I pay for Service?

Ans: We accept Visa, Master, Discover, American Express, Cash, Personal or traveler check.

2: What is your credit card processing procedure?

Ans: For airport transportation via, sedan, van, SUV, credit card will be charged 3 hours before scheduled pick up time, For Mini Bus and Stretch Limousine, minimum deposit amount will be charged at the time of contract sign or reservation made via online which will be non refundable, Rest of the balance will be charged 72 hours before scheduled pick up time.

3: Is the information I enter protected?

Ans: Yes, we have secured web site.We don’t sell information to other business.

4: Do you have a frequent rate program?

Ans: Yes, we do offer discounted rate to corporate or frequent traveler if they open account with us.

5: What is not included in the fare?

Ans: Driver tip, Meet and Greet fee if requested by customer, airport parking fee, two way toll, early or late night pick up fee, snow or weather emergency charges.

6: What sort of vehicle may I expect?

Ans: We use modern model vehicle, usually Lincoln town car for corporate travel or and airport transportation up to a party of 3. Also we have fleet of Lincoln stretch limousine, Hummer H2, H3 Chevy express van, Chevy suburban, Ford expedition, Mini Bus, Coach Bus.

7: What kind of guarantee you provide when I have reservation?

Ans: We will send you email or fax confirmation for your satisfaction You will get 100% service guarantee unless some thing come on our way beyond human control like weather, road condition, mechanical problem, accident etc.

8: How early I can place my order?

Ans: You can reserve your car for airport transportation, wedding, corporate travel up to six month in advance.

9: May I change my reservation once it has been booked?

Ans: Yes, you can call and change your pick up date, time and location at no cost for Sedan, SUV, Van at least 3 hours before pick up time, depending on availability. Any change made to mini bus, Stretch limousine will be charged at $50.00 (subject to availability).

10: What is your cancellation policy for car service, Van, SUV?

Ans: All online reservation for sedan, SUV, Van, can be canceled 3 hours before pick up time at no cost. Any reservation for car service, SUV, Van made over the phone can be canceled 3 hours before pick up time at the cost of $10.00/ reservation. For, less than 3 hours notice, 100% charges apply, including driver tip etc.

11: What is your cancellation policy for stretch limousine, Mini bus?

Ans: All reservation for stretch limousine, Mini bus can be canceled 72 hours before scheduled pick up time. But $250.00 deposit will be non refundable. For less than 72 hours notice for cancellation 100% charge including driver tip etc. will be applied.

12: What happens if I fail to no show?

Ans: If you fail to no show up at designated place, there will 100% charge including driver tip, airport parking fee, Meet & Greet , waiting time fee etc.

13: How do I meet the driver at airport?

Ans: A1Airport connection have to follow the local airport authority rule and regulation.

Washington Dulles Airport Pick up Procedure..

At Washington Dulles airport driver will meet you in the baggage claim area of your arriving flight or at international arrival area with your name sign. Please don’t hesitate to call if you can't find your driver. To avoid no show charge must call to dispatch.

Ronald Reagan National airport.

At Ronald Reagan National airport most of the time we pick up from Most outer curb side at baggage claim level unless requested by the customer for Meet & Greet Service at the fee of $10.00 Plus airport parking fee. See below for curb side pick up instruction. Upon arrival claim your luggage and follow the sign for Ground Transportation which will lead you to most outer curb side. Please look for Lincoln town car with your name sign on car window. Please call for assistance to serve you better.

Baltimore Washington international airport pick up procedure.

Driver will meet you at the baggage claim area of your arriving flight with name sign.

BWI Airport curb side pick up procedure.

Upon arrival please turn on your cell phone, claim your luggage and follow the sign for Ground transportation, Limousine, Taxi cab exit which leads you to the 2nd curb side pick up area. Call us and let us know your exact pick up location and look for Lincoln town car or any other type of vehicle you requested with you name sign on car window at curb side.
